ADDITONAL INFORMATION:
- Instructor Enrollment (the default setting): with this option
selected, your course will not appear on the Course Catalog page and you
will have to enroll users yourself using the Enroll User feature within your Control
Panel.
- Self Enrollment: with this option selected, your course will
appear on the Course Catalog page. Students enroll themselves into your course site by clicking the Enroll button next to your course on the Course Catalog page listings. You can further restrict self-enrollment by using either of the following options:
- You can restrict the period for enrollment by selecting Start/End Dates. Place checkmarks in the Start and/or End Date boxes and select the dates you wish to keep enrollment open for. If students attempt to enroll into your course site before or after the selected dates, they will be denied access into your course site.
- You can restrict enrollment into your course site by selecting the Require Access Code to Enroll option. Simply check off this option and then type an enrollment password into the text box. You will have to inform your students of the enrollment password, and then only those students who know the password can enroll into your course site.
