Why do I receive a "The page cannot be found" error message when I click on an attachment within the Discussion Board?

If a student uploaded a document that contained the pound sign (#) in the document title, such as Assignment#2.doc, you and your Instructor will be unable to open the document. As a rule, use only letters and numbers in your document titles.

Why can't my instructor and other students see my Discussion Board postings?

When posting messages within the Discussion Forum, you should click the Submit button to post your messages, not the Save button. By clicking the Save button, you are simply saving a draft of your posting that only you can see. Your instructor and other students cannot see these draft postings.
